A number of my paintings have been inspired by the ever change weather conditions at Magnet Bay. On this particularly evening the setting sun was partially diffused by cloud which reduced contrast and made painting from this viewpoint possible.
I particularly liked the dynamitic form of the clouds to the right. Their warmth and direction lend drama to what is essentially a peaceful scene.
