Over a two hour period, I watched waves of shags seemingly appear from nowhere, heading for the cliff face at Birdlings Flat.
I chose to depict a number of them from a raised viewpoint, rather than at beach level. Losing the horizon, focussed attention on the birds and produced a simple clean design.
